By joining this site and viewing the materials contained within and without, you have expressly agreed that you own the actual license version of the contents (be it movies, manga (graphic cartoon comics), animated gifs, or any other materials within the HCL website) that you are downloading. HCL, better known as Hentaicumland.com, have entered into a binding agreement with you once you attain membership to the site or affiliate programs, or any other express WRITTEN agreement (like this one) that includes financial transactions, business liabilities, responsibilities, duties and in some cases, ethics. This binding agreement is as follows:

By signing up for this websites services (access to the pictures) you agree to the following:

1) METHODS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. The owner of "HentaiCumLand" is not selling the pictures, graphics and movies contained in this site. The owner is selling ACCESS to them. You must have a licensed copy of the files on this website in order to view them. This site is for backup purposes only to the people who have licensed copies of the copyrighted works. By entering this site, you affirm that this is true for yourself.

2) PASSWORDS AND ACCESS. Upon collection of evidence that your password and/or username have been compromised (shared with someone else and they used it for access) your membership will be terminated immediately with no refund. Our software enables us to track this. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE OR YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE TERMINATED. Furthermore, if you are caught sharing your password, prosecution (among other things like blacklisting) will likely follow.

3) LINKING. Links to this site may be established on any website except for the following: child pornography sites, illegal activity sites, warez websites, "hate" sites, rape/violence sites, scam sites, "pyramid" sites, beastiality sites, or sites deemed inappropriate by the administrator of HentaiCumLand. 6) SPAM. We do not send SPAM emails (unsolicited commercial email) to our customers. We only send emails to those who request email. We will never share your information with any third party for any purpose, save for authorities should the law require it. We do not tolerate spam in any form, be it for promoting the affiliate program, or telling people about this site, or any other purpose. We actively prosecute those who send illegal SPAM emails for HCL. Have common sense and don't do it.

All other relationships are casual, and therefore non-affiliated in any way that could be damaging to you, HCL, or subsidiaries of HCL. Furthermore, you waive any responsibility of HCL for any violation of this agreement. We are not responsible for your actions, or inactions, opinions, desires, beliefs, or well-being in any way. Violation of this agreement can lead to costly fines or even imprisonment under the CANN-SPAM ACT, or other laws. Any questions should be directed to the Administrator.
